We deal with all of your booking enquiries, all guest queries leading up to and during their stay and also guest reviews. We offer a top class, 5 star customer service, to ensure that your guests have a wonderful stay at your property and leave shining reviews. Our cleaners go above and beyond to ensure your property is sparkling clean, your beds are freshly made and your towels and sheets are laundered and prepared for the next booking. We also offer a Hot Tub Maintenance and Repair Service for Holiday Lets that have Hot Tubs.

Our Holiday Home Management Service is priced to ensure that you earn the maximum amount of profit from your Holiday Let, but without any of the hassle. We charge a 15% plus VAT management fee for every booking you take on your property. There are no hidden extras, no additional costs and we like to think that we go above and beyond for our fee. It's just 15% plus VAT of your booking revenue after any platform or cleaning fees. The cleaning fee is an additional charge on platforms like Airbnb and are separate to your nightly fee. This means that whatever the cleaning fee is set to, your guests are paying for the cleaning on top of your nightly charge, and not you. We can advise you what cleaning fee amount to add to your listing once we have assessed the size and facilities of your home but our cleaning and laundering service is just £14 per hour. We will help you list the right cleaning fee on your listing to ensure that your potential guests aren't put off by a large additional fee, but that it's sufficient for our cleaners to do a brilliant job in the time they have between 'check out' and 'check in'.
